We had a wonderful stay at Citadines! The location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchenette. Despite the hot weather, we were provided with a fan that helped keep us cool. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed exploring the nearby food market by the river, which is definitely a must-visit. There are also plenty of dining options within walking distance. The rooms are clean and functional, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel experienced a temporary water shortage during our stay, which was inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay here. The location couldn't have been better, with everything within a short walk distance. I loved being in the centre of the city, close to the bridge leading to the 'old' part. The hotel facilities were great, especially the self-service water, coffee, and chocolate options available all day. The staff were helpful, and it was a bonus that they spoke multiple languages. The cleanliness of the rooms was great.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, with restaurants right outside the door and a shopping pedestrian mall just a short stroll away. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and a big sofa-bed. The new furniture is not only stylish but also child-friendly. The hotel offers a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, which is a thoughtful touch for guests with mobility needs. Breakfast is included and can be enjoyed at a nearby boulangerie, adding to the authentic local experience.

Convenient location in central area with numerous dining options. Spacious rooms with unexpected double closet. Coffee available in lobby at all times. Good soundproofing against street noise. Complimentary fan provided during hot weather.
